Ahh, so we finally get some Backstory on the mystery fairy.

I like the way this story is turning
In https://eldrikdgt.com/fvt/qna/qna-149/ Lucky says the Nihallaks occupy a unique time-line in this universe, with no alternate versions. Is there also only one Lucky? If that is true, then I hypothesize that Lucky is responsible for the Nihallaks being in this universe, for the purpose of making this universe better for Lucky. (How that will occur, I have no idea, but when faced with multiple anomalies, one must consider that they are connected.)
I can’t give details because spoilers, but there is usually just one Lucky.
It could also work the other way – that Lucky is only possible due to Nihallaks … which is trivially true, there would be no fairies without Nihallak technology.
That trillion years of Nihallak history is nowhere near as useful as he thinks, as apparently it wasn’t enough time for them to learn from their mistakes.
Seriously, trillion years? You know what will humans be doing if they survive just billion years? Universes. For fun. You know, today, if you have some idea, you may make webcomic about it. In billion years, your descendants will create universe based on that idea and observe if it would be developing how they expected.
