I can, I just didn’t care. Eventually the whole chapter will be posted, and that convo hanging in the comment section years later will seem silly and pointless.
This is bad news. Star could have just given Monolith the energy through crystals or magic transfer. This sex session is mostly unnecessary, and Monolith is surely using it to incapacitate Star in some way. I am impressed that Monolith is actually a match for Star sexually. In past scenes, it has seemed like Star is so much more powerful and focused than her sexual partners that she is always fully in control. Here, she looks like she may be losing it–losing star magic and losing her focus.
Well, remember liquid “motivation”. Star is being drugged AND exhausted. Maybe the chapter warnings really were about what Monolith do to Star …
