Some people may be wondering why we’re only getting to Tanae now given she’s on the chapter cover, the reason is I felt anything else I could put on the cover was going to be spoilers 😛

Remember, kids, treat your pets with respect. Do not tease them the way 487 is doing!
Also, why would a fairy use “bastard” as an insult? There are no male fairies, so fairies don’t have fathers, so all fairies would be bastards.
I’d say that they do have a father since the fairies take on male and female roles for the purpose of reproduction. Regardless, having a father has nothing to do with being a bastard. Every human has a father, and yet there are human bastards.
I think fairies form pair bonds. So a bastard could simply be a child conceived by two fairies that had not bonded. As to why this would be considered insulting for a fairy, that I don’t know.
is Tanae already pregnant? thanks for covering the situation of the captive fairies. I was wondering what had happened to them.
No, she has been egged and has five nihallak enggs in her that will grow and hatch into baby nihallaks in two weeks or so. She is more of an incubator.
But who know maybe the babies will be different due to a fairy incubating them. Tanae is the first fairy to be egged by a nihallak so nobaody know how it will work out
Is she the first, though? How did the Nihallaks reproduce 5k years ago?
Also, not pregnant; she is gravid. She’s carrying eggs, not a fetus.
They were using F-jibies and draigjibies, and the previous nihallak bodies before that time were reproducing among themselves more conventionally when there was more energy available.
Hehehe. I like Tanae. I also wonder what shall happen to Kim next. We now have at least 2 wildcard fairies in play, that is, if she makes her way back to town.
