Didn’t think it would become noticeable this quickly. I figured that the couple strands of hair would stay that way until someone noticed them and then all hell would break loose.

nah. Amy now is a wildcard meaning that she has no element of her own and cant generate her own magic. However she can use any magic she is given. A normal fairy when given magic converts it to her own element, but as a wildcard does not have an element, she can use any kind of magic (the problem being that she can’t recharge by herself).
So Nebula usually would not have to worry with any fairies she has sex with getting star magic in them
The tips of Amy’s hair has turned the color of Nebula’s hair. Started the last panel of https://eldrikdgt.com/fvt/main/page-380/ The brown-green hair is less (Syl and Macey), but the pink hair is noticeably less. Before her first orgasm, Amy’s bangs were tipped with pink https://eldrikdgt.com/fvt/main/page-365/ and afterwards the hair hadn’t changed, so I’m not sure if it was sex that turned her hair gold, or maybe it just takes a while for the hair to change?
The question I have is why did only Amy glow pink when orgasming? When sexually stimulated, fairies convert high plane energy to magic and plasm, which Amy can’t do that any more. I thought that fairies exchange magic during sex, and I assume that she absorbed some of Nebula’s magic, which turned her hair gold, however, I don’t see Amy getting a band of green hair between her pink and gold bands (from her first orgasm with Syl). Did Syl’s magic go into the brown-green hair, or was Syl so depleted of magic from the intial magic transfer that she didn’t have enough to give to Amy to be noticeable?
Also, star fiaries can hear the thoughts of others? Can they hear the thoughts of Nihallaks and monsters? Could they hear the thoughts of Nihallaks? That would be a big advantage.

Probably glowed pink as she was overcharged with that magic by Vales. Also fairies don’t glow during every orgasm, just in extreme ones.
Syl is not as strong as the Arch fairy of earth (Macey). So Syl probably was not able to give as much magic as the arch fairy, which is why Amy has less green in her hair.
Star fairies have various telepathic and telekinetic abilities. So they can read minds of faireis and monsters. However nihallaks are more or less living machines, so telepathic abilities are useless against them.
