… on the other hand, the fairy island is how big? 200km? Armagon is likely higher. Let’s see … orbiting in about 60 hours … assuming same hours as we have … about 71000km? That’s HIGH. Are you sure it’s going to attack on next fly over fairy island?

… 33000km? With the planet making 4 rotations and Armagon 3? Not entirely sure about the calculation … anyway, the dreven-stationary orbit is about 27000km above planet and it needs to be higher.

Yes, I did factor that Draven is smaller and has lower gravity.
Armagon isn’t at a geostationary orbit, and doesn’t need to be directly aimed at the fairies to attack. Orbit-to ground attacks, either from Earth or Dreven, can be done in any time frame you want, it simply depend how fast you wanna deorbit the object into the planet. Above earth, we can deorbit a return capsule in an hour or so, but some sattelites’ orbit will take 150 years to decay into an atmospheric entry.
The 60 hrs is a deadline armagon gave the fairies to kill the nihallaks before they’re deemed unstoppable.
… so, the image on page 473 is symbolic and is not supposed to say that Armagon is going to take 60 hours to get over fairy island.
If you are going to write some numbers into comics, you may want to look this image: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_orbits#/media/File:Comparison_satellite_navigation_orbits.svg for rough explanation of how is radius of orbit related to orbital period. The image represent the path of kinetic bombardment of armagon because star is talking about armagon launching a kinetic bombardment by de-orbiting asteroids. It’s an animation she’s using to illustrate her point, not a live feed or anything. You’re thinking about it too hard and therefore completely missing the point, and if you’re gonna keep implying I don’t know what I’m doing while you’re the one who can’t read what’s written properly, just stop commenting.
