As in the timeline does not split or paradoxes happen – current stuff is errased and then recreated how it was in the passed (there is a more detailed description on discord so if needed could share it)

This universe seems to work on 2D time. That AT LEAST keeps standard causality. In some universes, you could have closed sequence of events like Lucky creating the computer and computer creating Lucky.
… of course, the computer was created by Nihallaks before they moved to this universe, so it definitely predates Lucky, and Lucky was born normally, despite her overwriting the event later, so neither of what you suggested happened.
