From the QnA page 184 with her, we know that every timeline so far has ended with the death of all fairykind and the subsequent death of all monsters as well (probably because they depend on fairies to survive). So my guess is that a “good” timeline would be one where they don’t go extinct, even if they will take great losses.
From QnA pages 149 & 179 & 182: It’s a strange situation. Lucky has gone to alternate universes, and found that only in one universe do Nihallaks show up, and it has no branching alternatives. Which means that there is only one universe that has fairies, but its timeline is not fixed. In one of those timelines, a light fairy and a star fairy produced a fairy that could warp time and reality: Lucky. Lucky can go back in time and make changes that change the timeline, but the old timeline does not become a new alternate universe; the old timeline only exists in her memory. She can go back in time to when the Nihallaks first arrived, as was shown by her appearance in the ship’s memory of that time, but it appears she has no control over the Nihallaks, since 497 always leaves the ship. Nor could she stop their war on the Draigjibies, which ultimately created fairies, and therefore, herself. Presumably, the circumstances of her creation no longer exist in the current timeline, but she already exists, so she is stuck and can’t escape to nonexistence. She’s been trying to find the circumstances that will create a timeline where she does not end up alone and having to go back in time, since she is probably tired of reliving the same things and ending at the same disappointing future.
Imagine if you knew that everyone else in the world would die next Wednesday, and you had the power to go back in time and change anything, but no matter what you try, everyone still dies next Wednesday. And you don’t die. Ever. Eventually, you’d get tired of being alone, and go back in time just to be with people. And maybe, maybe this time, you can change things so everyone won’t die. That would be the good ending.
I’m not so sure Lucky can actually GO before the Nihallaks arrival. Might be too far back. Anyway, her appearance in computer is not from time when Nihallaks arrived, it’s from middle of war, or possibly actually close to end of the war. Aaand, I suspect she arranged saving the Queen.
… in fact, in Q&A 189, she specifically said there are some changes she would want to reverse but maybe “some sacrifices are necessary for fairykind’s survival”. That sounds like she TOTALLY did something VERY worrying …

… what IS this “bone”? Is it bone just because that’s the best way how to get Flynn to touch it or is it also boon?
… and it was Lucky who found him in dark forest? Hmmm …
Seems she left Flynn for Nadisha to find. Most likely Nadisha was needed to survive that day
Nadisha said she found him as pup. Probably not exactly capable of saving her … that day.
She was in such depression at the time that she was atempting suicide by Dark forest. Stumbling upon the pup chabged her mind
That why Bellanora after learning years later made her the spider pet – hoping more pets will help her mood
Granted this all was mentioned long ago and might be outdated info
… oh. Ok, that’s the way pup can save live I forgot about.
“I have a Good Feeling about this Timeline”
Hmm, can’t tell if that mean’s we should feel Happy or Extremely Worried.
She did afterall mention that some sacrifices were necessary (though it is war, so not surprising). What does she consider “Good” in the end?

Her motivation is to ensure she will always have someone to talk with, which kinda requires survival of fairykind.
However, it could easily be both: she plans long-term and long-term “happy” may easily require some short-term “extremely worried”.
