No nihallaks still exist. When you time travel you overwrite the current timeline with a new one – the only ones not effected are those that are travelimg or traveled recently. In this case the timeline was overwritten with a version that was 0.5 seconds ago – the only essencial chanhe being that Monolith and Star immune to futher time travel changes

And now star has to live with realization that whatever Lucky’s been doing up to this point was probably alot less worse than what she thinks it is.
Well there is time shenanigans going on, so “this” Lucky might be a early version that has not prepared or known about this come to investigate it.
So a future Lucky might plan properly to fix this. with some clever shenanigans. Personally i think the dog having gotten that bone is part of that.
Lucky is actually quite limited in how can she time-travel. I don’t think we can meet two Luckies like this.
