Star is setting the bar really low; as long as she doesn’t erase billions of fairies, she’s more competent than Lucky? So what or who is she planning to erase?
I think her goal is something worse. Star is an authoritarian, who believes in exclusive political institutions, and inhibits technical innovation for most fairies. And she has a god complex, from what Monitor has said. What she wants is absolute power over everything, which really would make her the God-Queen. Lucky probably can’t do that, but I’ll bet Lucky+Monitor can. Just have to convince Lucky to sit on Monitor’s throne. (I wonder where Flynn fits in this. He seems to be a Chekov’s gun.)
pffft, oh that’s rich Star. Because you have a full proof plan that will 100% without fail work to fix everything. Good luck with that. Hope you enjoy seeing how difficult running an entire Timeline is.
Also, I just noticed because of the Tags. Lucky Star.
Was that an Intentional reference to the Anime? Or just a coincidence?
Star’s being pretty unfair here, if Lucky is to blame for the erasure of all those past versions of all the fairies and Star is treating those past versions as separate distinct people as she seems to, then Lucky is also the reason that the current versions of everyone exist. This version of Star wouldn’t exist without her.
I’m willing to bet that Lucky’s other parent can’t be saved. That timeline that produced Lucky was already doomed, because for Lucky to exist, things had to happen that made the survival of fairykind impossible.
I bet Lucky also already tried working with Star, but despite what Star might believe: She’s not almighty.
Also, Lucky doesn’t have catalogue of timelines. For “saving” her other parent, she would need to trash this timeline and recreate that other one … which she probably doesn’t even know about enough to know HOW.

It only LOOKS like the bar is low. I’m sure she will make a worse disaster immediately.

Just a coincidence, I didn’t know about the anime.
Ah well, no Pom-Pom cheerleader fanart dance then I guess.
That just makes me think of the Madonna song Lucky Star, because I’m old, haha
… Damn. It just occurred to me … Lucky might not speak hypothetically. It’s possible she already TRIED working with Star in past.

Star is unfair AND has much worse understanding of time than she thinks.
