I would assume she’s kinda divisive figure: Some fairies like her, some hate her, few have no opinion at all.

Meanwhile, star fairies powers were considered scary by Draigjibies, and that was when there were young. Remember, Ominae is not dangerous because she’s half dark fairy. She’s dangerous because she’s half star fairy. She directly said it on council and noone dared to challenge it.
