She’s more powerful than any other star fairy [except for Lucky] because dual fairies [with the exception of dud fairies] are more powerful than either of the types of fairies they are related to. But dark fairies are by far the most powerful next to the star fairies and (since they can suck the magic out of monsters) might even be able to take star fairy powers from them if there were a war. It’s also worth mentioning that since dark fairies can manipulate time like light fairies (just in the opposite direction) Ominae might be able to learn time travel like Lucky did.
Dual fairies may be more powerful with everything else being equal but not enough to compensate several thousand years of headstart.
And being most effective in war is not the same as being most powerful. Also, no, I don’t believe they would be able to take out Star fairies despite the numerical advantage.

Well she’s not wrong.
I mean, she’s entirely right either, but there’s definitely biased in the council.
That and they’re scared of dark fairies, Ominae in particular. Next to star fairies they are the most powerful.
Ominae isn’t powerful because she’s half dark fairy. She’s powerful because she’s half star fairy.
