As far as we’ve seen, Nihhilium doesn’t have an effect on anything other than Nihls.
The plant monster in previous chapter was because a single nihallak (Zak) dumped a little bit of nihillium – the stuff they are made off – on to a patch of grass. Now imagine what can happen from a hundred?

Ahh, as in a Weaponized type of disaster. I thought it was more like they polluted the atmosphere or something.
